Doors open at 4 pm. Please arrive by then so you're seated and settled before the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm.

Both the wedding and reception will be a Mansions on Fifth Hotel in Shadyside. The Address is 5105 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.

Yes! Valet parking will be available at the front entrance beginning at 4 pm.

Cocktail or semi-formal attire is perfect, but we’d love for you to bring the color! Pittsburgh in January can be a little gray, so feel free to brighten up the day with bright, fun colors.

We kindly ask guests to keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry, we’ll have a professional photographer capturing everything!

Everything, from the ceremony to the reception, will take place indoors in one beautiful, cozy space at the Mansions. That said, there will be outdoor patios with heaters available if you'd like a breath of fresh air (or to grab a cigar from our cigar bar). Feel free to take a coat or shawl out into the January weather, and don’t worry, there will be glowing fireplaces inside to warm you right back up!

While some guests were invited to stay at the venue overnight, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Indigo in East Liberty, just a few minutes away. You can find booking details here. We recommend booking early.

While we aren’t providing transportation, the venue is just a short drive or ride-share from Hotel Indigo and other nearby hotels.

If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your RSVP form. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us!

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

Pittsburgh is full of great spots! Check out Walnut Street for shopping, the Carnegie Museums, or relax in nearby Mellon Park. We’ve listed a few favorites here.
